Terms

Before confirmation, you will receive the total price, payment method and applicable conditions in writing.

Enquiry and confirmation

Sending an enquiry is not a booking. A stay is confirmed only after our written reply and, where required, payment of the deposit.

Price and payment

The accommodation rate is €150 per night. Your quote will state the total price, inclusions, any extras, deposit and balance.

Cancellation

Cancellation and refund conditions are communicated with the quote before confirmation.

Essential rules

• Check-in from 16:00 and check-out by 10:00.
• Maximum 4 guests; the fourth sleeping place is a basic extra bed.
• Pets by prior arrangement.
• No parties; smoking outside only.
